There is no registration fee for a nominated attendant carer to accompany a registered delegate to any of the scheduled conference sessions, conference meals or social activities for which the delegate is entitled as part of their conference registration. For catering and other operational purposes, delegates will need to complete the registration details for their carer including providing details of their Companion Card where available.
Your registration will be acknowledged within 10 working days. Registration fees are based on date of receipt of payment (not the receipt of registration form).
Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations must be in writing via:
ICMS Travel, as the official housing bureau for the Conference, has been able to secure discounted accommodation rates at selected hotels and apartments. Reservations need to be made before Tuesday, 2 November 2010. The room rates are per night and do not include breakfast. Accommodation will be allocated in order of receipt of bookings and payment.
We recommend delegates organise their travel to Brisbane well in advance as flights and accommodation will be limited due to the first match of the 2010/2011 Ashes Tour being held in Brisbane from 25-29 November.
Please indicate on your registration form your estimated time of arrival to the hotel. Check-in time is usually from 14:00. Should you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check-in time, it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time may mean that your room will be released.
To secure your reservation full payment of all night's room tariff is required. Bookings cannot be made until ICMS Travel receives your payment or credit card details. Room rates are in Australian Dollars and include the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
